Edward is a true leader. Whilst he already has an impressive list of qualifications and experience, he continues to push forwards, recently obtaining the Nebosh Diploma and starting a Masters in Business Law and Sustainability at Aberdeen University. He shares this knowledge generously though groups such as IOSH and IIRSM. He is driven to improve the world of work in Africa: providing an ethical approach to improving health, safety and environmental conditions.

Over the weekend in Lagos, Nigeria, Edward received Special Recognition in the category of Torch Bearers Award and Popular Choice Award for the nominee with the highest nominations at the just ended Africa Safety Awards for Excellence (Afrisafe) organised by HSENations

This simply goes to confirm that ‘whatever you find doing, do it well for people are watching’

This award is enough encouragement for me to do more. I am certainly looking forward to many more milestones with my renewed desire to continue making impact in the health and safety world. I am more encouraged than ever to give of my best and create a safer world of work for everyone
